Most IT issues are just irritating or annoying but when the medical diary crashes that’s an all-out emergency. It’s happened 3 times this year and each time I’ve emailed through to WaTo Consulting. Each time they have fixed it in under 10 minutes and we are up and running again. I have to say that I didn’t ever expect an immediate response, as often my emergency isn’t a priority to someone else.
